At Fragrance Lounge E.A Ltd, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery service for your order. Here’s a detailed look at our shipping process:
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed immediately or within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may extend, but we will notify you of any delays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- We offer reliable delivery services within Nairobi County and to all regions across Kenya.
- Delivery rates (Standard or Express delivery) are charged at a surcharge fee of Kshs.300 within Nairobi.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 1 – 2 business days
- Express Delivery: Offered between 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday – Saturday) on the same day within Nairobi CBD
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Within Nairobi: Free delivery is available for orders over Kshs.10,000 within Nairobi.
- Outside Nairobi: For deliveries outside Nairobi, payment must be made in advance. We will contact you to arrange delivery through your preferred courier service, with courier charges to be covered by the buyer.
